Roofing Design & Construction Administration
The firm has extensive history working on Department of Corrections projects. This project occurs at a medium/maximum security prison. The roofing on all 15 buildings in the complex are being removed and replaced with new asphalt Built-Up Roofing. The work is complicated by the required security needed in a prison environment.
Waterproofing Design
RoofTech Consultants, Inc. provided the waterproofing system design and construction administration at the Denver Performing Arts Complex Plaza in Denver, CO. The project covers an area of ~8,100 square feet that covers both conditioned interior spaces and exposed exterior areas. Construction is on-going but slated to conclude in early 2021.
Building Envelope
The firm provided the design and construction administration for the waterproofing of the 80,000 square feet of exterior vertical CMU walls at Dakota Ridge High School. The school was experiencing leakage from water saturating the smooth face CMU blocks. The damaged areas with cracking were repaired and a clear silicone barrier coating was applied over the entirety of the school.
