Facility Audit: This service is for owners or facility managers under control of numerous buildings. RoofTech can provide current roof condition assessment, recommended repair information, and future replacement planning for a group of roofs. The roof system information and financial palnning information generated is compiled in a user-friendly database that automatically generates planning reports.
Roofing/Waterproofing System Design: Detailed CAD drawing and customized specification preparation comprise the primary services provided by the firm. We work as both primary project designer or under a lead architect. As a result, we design in both the retrofit and new construction markets.
Construction Administration: The firm provides part-time on-site construction observation services for roofing and waterproofing projects. We work not only on projects where we have provided the but also on projects where we have not participated in system design.
Roofing/Waterproofing Investigation: From flood testing to non-destructive moisture testing, the firm is capable of investigating roofing and waterproofing concerns. When problems are identified, we are also capable of providing design solutions and documents to remedy the situation. This service is often provided as part of litigation support. Mr. Scott is also qualified to provide expert testimony.
